The funny thing is that like other March-April applicants here, I'm also eagerly waiting for my turn, but as the countdown is coming to an end I'm getting really anxious and hoping that there are no hassles now. Its been such a long wait already.

Yaar at the time of submission of our application we had lived together for just 2 weeks after our marriage and its an arranged marriage. Initially I was quite satisfied with the proofs we had submitted but now after reading the type of additional documents NDVO is requesting, I am mentally preparing myself for an ADR. Keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't come to that though.

Yess truely....upon that after looking at pakistani applicants processed by london visa office(whose processing time was veryyy long) recently getting update in 4 months for ppr makes us moree sad n worried....seriously ppl applied in june,aug n even few sept 2015 applicants in that forum hv got ppr n few hv landed....but yeahhh 2014 ppl in that forum r also waiting fr update....so i am sure ...cic must hv changed some rule regarding file received in particular year to be processed differently......i wish ndvo picks up speed like them ......

Exactly we all are getting really anxious... Im a May applicant...hope this wait will end soon...
and about pics... It is advised to submit atleast 125 or above pictures of all the wedding ceremonies.. (I.E. Before during and after marriage... like visiting ur relatives together...) if you dont' have somany pics sometimes you have to explain this to VOs... In the Immigration forms also they do ask for ceremonies and their proofs i.e. pics...

I did my medicals for the student visa then for PR from this center. My wife also did her medicals last year from there. They are reliable and don't exploit. Its a charitable medical center run by Sindhi Community.

I hope i hear something soon, else i will go crazy....
i am really worried whether CIC received my remeds or not........

got remedical on 31 Dec and done it on 5 Jan....what about you?

i got my re - med request on 19th jan and got it done on 20th jan......
please if possible keep me updates about ur dm and ppr............

Hello guys, sorry for updating after a long time. I am in Thailand with my wife . Got ppr on Jan 25. Remedical request on Jan 7. Done on Jan 9. Thanks for all the support and keep your spirits high. Good luck to everyone.

hi guys. i am a may applicant. my pcc will expire in march. will ndvo ask me for new pcc and remedical? or i have to do it when it will expire.

They will ask you, dont get anything done before they ask for it...........

i guess thats the case with a lot of people who had arranged marriages, we also had the pic from wedding functions.......... now i am wondering can NDVO ask for ADR post re - medical.......... :-X :-X :'(

I can totally understand how u must feel, u r doubtful till the time u actually get stamped passport in your hands. I hope u get visa without hiccups, all the best..............

Hi All,
I have a question, I filed for my spouse in April, after that she came to USA and has been here for the last 10 months.
Do we need to update the file for travel history or like getting police verification from USA?
Or since the file was already filed, any travel after that does not matter? Does anyone know what the procedure is?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
