Dear All,

Can anyone help me to connect to immigration consultant in India. I want to apply canadian PR under spouse sponsorship. My wife (sponsor) staying outside Canada (in India) quite long time.

Even though Canadian website is quite helpful but i still thinking taking help of some reasonable consultant who has processed case in spouse sponsorship category.

Thanks in Advance.

You dont need a consultant if your case is straight forward and even then most of the time a consultant doesnt help much.

A good place to start is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#immigrate

I take it your wife is a Canadian citizen since she has to be in Canada to sponsor you if she is a PR. Even being a citizen she will have to prove how she is planning to move here and support you when you get PR which is important to show, since she has been outside of Canada for a longtime this is extremely important. Also equally important to show is the genuineness of the relationship

Guys one small step for me this morning....

Ecas just show "In process". that means, is it in process for 'sponsorship approval' or for PR?

Thanks

Yes, to your 1st question.

Hello everyone

First time posting... Looking for a little help with a couple questions...
1. My boyfriend and I am getting married in July and I obtained a Statement in Lieu of non-impediment to Marriage from Foreign Affairs and Trade Canada in Ottawa before coming to India. We are getting married under the Special Marriage Act. The Court is not accepting this letter from the Government and wants one from the High Commission in New Delhi. Does anyone know what documents I need to provide to the High Commission? Is the exact same process as what I have already submitted to Foreign Affairs?

2. New Delhi Police are offering an online police Certificate - Is this acceptable by Immigration Canada?

Thanks for your help!!

Any luck Sept 2014 applicants ?
