Cic has wittness manyyyy fradulent cases...so they need to keep check of it....but incase of genuine case definately there is no need to worry at all....and regarding conditional pr....new govt hd mentioned in their camps that they vil remove section51 regarding 2years of conditional pr to sponsored spouses.....i am not sure if they hv start issuing such non-conditional pr or not yet..ppl those who will land now or aftr around 3-4 months of receiving pr may be able to let us knw the type of pr card issued to them ;Dpreetgill said:Yeah I hope God bless us all...
Its not like they are giving pr that they can't revoke back. You have to stay with your spouse for two years to prove that your relation is genuine. In between this time period they can visit your home as well. Also a sponsor can at any momoment revoke his/her sponsorship. There are so many laws to keep everything in check, why do they still take so much time is beyond me.....
Cheers
