People who have got PPR. Did you receive a form to be filled which was attached? We didnt receive it.
In the attachment all it says is to submit the passport with the email and photo to VFS but nothing else.

I got one small form which was asking for basic information like
Name
DOB
Passport Number
Expiry date for passport
Height
Eye Color

for applicant and the spouse and if we have any dependent as well.

not a big deal as far as I can see.... not the real real form but it was an image which was asking for this info.

Hey Guys,

The status changed from "In process" to "Decision Made" today but no PPR. I'm a Jan 2015 applicant with re-meds on Dec 29, 2015. So Jan 2015 applicants are near the end of tunnel.

BTW the name is Isha Kapoor in the spreadsheet.

In Ecas status updated today that My spouse PR application started processing on January 15 2016.
How long it wil take to turn DM?

You might have to wait till November-December.. according to current trends...

Re med req was on 10 Dec 2015 and submitted on 15 Dec, clinic told they will upload results after 48 hours.
It got more than a month but no updates.

Go for MP inquiry...

Sorry, I haven't been on this forum for the past couple of days. But, I wanted to update you guys. My hubby received his golden visa on January 15, 2016. 8)

Its a standard attachment...
Just take your two photographs with specific size n Passport and a printout of PPR request... Thats it... Good Luck.. hv blessed life ahead...

no wonder genuine inquiries are getting refused lately
NDVO is asking people to wait till the processing time of 17 months is up cos people are starting to inquire and flood the embassy with an additional burden in the 10th month itself.

what is a genuine inquiry?? what % would that would be in 2014 if you argue only the 17 month criteria??
