only if you apply for notes or if you think your case is not straight forward and its a complicated marriage.wanted said:hello everyone ,
Would there are any indication or signs that interview is recommended ?
Thnx
In 2014 form , I have noticed Interview is recommended in couple of straight forward cases . So that is the reason I am wonderingmikee23 said:only if you apply for notes or if you think your case is not straight forward and its a complicated marriage.
point taken....i follow a simple rule..suggest only if i know 100% about the enquiry or if i have gone through the situation myselfkarthicbaboo said:
Hello Everyone,
I see this enquirer asked a question and no one replied ( as fas as i know, if someone did , Great Kudos to you). I do see people Congratulating. I would say we rather help a person who needs Help than congratulating.
Hope you guys understand, because i have been in same situation.
Thanks, Good Luck to all.
I like to know.. What is complicated marriage?mikee23 said:only if you apply for notes or if you think your case is not straight forward and its a complicated marriage.
you are right....even those guys are dumbstruck and have no clue why they got it till they got the notes. everyone just wonders here about ndvo :-\wanted said:In 2014 form , I have noticed Interview is recommended in couple of straight forward cases . So that is the reason I am wondering

Good observation.. Thanksmikee23 said:these are some of the observations from other threads in this forum.
1) second marriages
2) educational compatibility (one is highly educated and other is not)
3) few photos of the wedding functions
4) no family members present at the wedding
5) physical appearance (one is fat and other is thin) "no offence to anyone but it has actually happened"
6) kids from first marriages
7) getting married in few weeks time after meeting
8) meeting online
9) if the applicant has a lot to gain from the marriage.
10) different religion/culture
these are not the only cases to get interviews but the probability is high. please others with more knowledge can throw more light on this issue
sorry i should have mentioned it... its when then girl is older.SilverHawk said:Good observation.. Thanks
Do you think age gap would also raise a red flag?(4 to 6 years)
According to this forum as well as 2014 forum's senior members....Yesss u can send ur passport to ottawa fr stamping and even do the landing thru US border, there is no need for ur spouse to come to india n then do the landing procedure....in ur ppr email it will be mentioned clearly that if the applicant is inside canada then send the passport to ottawa........be relax n keep praying as u r the next one to get good news from ndvo...best of luck 8)Torap said:Hello Friends and Seniors,
Looking for your valuable advice.
I am sponsoring my Wife who is a March, 2015 applicant. She is on a TRV to Canada and can remain in Canada until June 2016. She has done her medicals in India before coming to canada as her medicals expired in Nov, 2015. So, I am hoping there would not be a re-medical request.
I have seen several people saying that we can send passport to Ottawa in case the spouse is on TRV and one happens to receive a PPR while on a TRV. Can anyone help me understand how this will work?
Thanks very much!
