Another thing is you're going to asked for an interpreter at the window outside and without interpreter they won't allow if it's mentioned in your email as one short and lil fat lady asked everyone outside who check interview letter outside and then allow to go inside by the security check.

One question, how many photos should we carry??

I have provided around 70 pics with application, representing different rituals and ceremony and trips, the same I have to Carry again??

Can we carry softcopy of them? I am planning to carry my laptop coz all pics and even videos are loaded in it.

carry as much as copy u can and hard copy they will not allow you to take any electronic thing in side embassy if you have boarding pass or money transfer receipt or bill for gifts or what ever you guys gifted to each other take together.

I just have question , my wife did her remedical on 28th Aug 2016 and we submitted on 2nd of September. Last time we did MP inquirey in August and according to that they have finalized her assessment in June 2016, and background and criminal check was not initiated in the month of August. Can anyone tell me how long it will takes for getting PPR once you have submitted the remedical. Is there any chances of interview ??

One more thing we deleted her ecas online. We areleady in our 15 month of period.

am i pretty much waiting on a letter in the mail to india address?


all attempts at getting anymore information about this status update have been futile.

Thanks. I sent app originally nov 11th 2015, approved and sent on to NDVO jan 22nd.

background check done by different department and may take from 2 days to 6 monts
u should check mycic account or request gcms notes
did cic request u for remedical?

some ppl here after remedical get DM after 2-3 month
and in 2016 group within 2-3 days
Hopefully, you will not get call for interview and get ppr soon

thing is that status change to DM happened only last month. but i was approved back in jan and wife got her aor2 shortly there after, it stayed on In Process until last month.

thats normal, i approved in Nov, 2015 and my SA change to DM in August 2016

I see so many applications from 2016 who have already had passport requests and more than half of 2015 applicants are still waiting to hear from NDVO. I don't get it whatsoever, this is so frustrating.
