The application was received at the case processing centre in massissauga on October 19.2015
* The initial assessment to ensure your constituent meets the eligibility criteria as a sponsor and that the application is complete was finalized on December 15,2015. The file was forwarded to the visa office in New delhi.
* The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent's spouse meets the eligibility requirements
* The medical examination has not been requested yet.
* The criminality verifications have not been initiated yet.
* The security verifications have been in process since May 2016.
It's disgusted why they so slow they are still reviewing the eligibility requirements idk what kind of reviewing is this which take almost one year
i agree with u...im too oct applicant....was hoping something positive for next few weeks but with that kind response u got....it dosent look that good though....wonder how long this will go.....all we can do is hope for best!!
