*Still working on Applicant's eligibility.
*Background check not started yet.
*19 months process time, file will be cleared by December.
*Will do another inquiry in future if required.

I already send separate email to PM and Immigration Minister and I got answer from PMO and nothing from Immigration Minister. I got below answer from PMO and it looks like they are not going to do anything

n behalf of the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau, I would like to
acknowledge receipt of your correspondence.

While the Prime Minister understands the circumstances that caused you
to write, there are certain restrictions on the involvement of Cabinet
members - including the Prime Minister - in cases like the one you have
described. These limitations exist to assure all applicants that the
immigration and refugee determination process is independent and free of
political interference. Accordingly, the Prime Minister will not be able
to intervene personally with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada regarding the case you describe.

I am, however, forwarding a copy of our exchange of correspondence to
the Honourable John McCallum, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship, for his information.

While I know you will be disappointed by this response, I hope that you
can understand the reasons for this policy.

August 4th applicant - still waiting for re-medical. Seems everything at NDVO has come to a halt.

Can someone please advise at what stage should I apply for Ecas. I am Septemebr 2015 applicant. Really losing my patience. Feel very sorry for people with long wait times.

Its has been a year since the Medical, and no re medical request as yet.

Is it true that Canadian govt started giving out visa on arrival for Indians ??

how can it possible...now am also afraid bcz wr r too waiting for ppr after remed...bt as we see many members complaining of remed reports not received at ndvo...is this really or just the excuses of ndvo to delay our files..our file crossing 18 months with no interview ...straight forward case.they put our files aside just like that....now again we r waiting ND waiting after remed...

We are planning to apply for temporary visa. My file is in 10th month and our mp said my file is in queue for eligibility check. Does this mean nothing started??
I left my job 2 months back and have 4 years of experience in total. What is the best reason I can give to justify my trv visa requirements.
Please share your experience/suggestions.

Hi guys Need your outlook on my case...
Called mp in May 17 and they told me my husband will be getting his remed soon. He got his remed on June 1st but he received it from Citizenship and immigration canada, he did not recieve it from dehli Immigration is that okay?
Any difference?
He did his remed on June 26 so hopefully I can hear something soon....
Anyone else received their medical from Citizenship and immigration canada?

i did MP inquiry and got reply from IRCC

o Stage 1 was cleared and approved
o The officer is currently reviewing the Eligibility assessments for the Applicant (Your Husband)
o There is nothing outstanding on the file yet
o No documents have been requested
o Backgrounds have not begun

any idea how long it will take ?
