Does ur case was in interview queue? Did u send any additional documents? Mine showing interview and now i send additional documents. I don't know whether they r going to waive interview or not???

@ sarangal - it took 25 days for notes to come

@ Kpjohal - my husband's file never was in interview que....and CIC did not ask for any additional documents....

hiii senior I need help
My wife did her remedical on June 24 at Appolo hospital Ludhiana and they send on June 29 but question is after medical hospital gave 1 ppr to my wife do we need to send this ppr to visa office because hospital guy hu get all information from my wife they send u don't need send anything because hospital send report to ndvo so I'm confused because sm applicant send there report to vo by there self plsss plsss tell my do we need to send report

hey peeps i m thinking to apply for TRV for my husband ... its been over 14 months now and haven't heared anything back ,,, but my husband does not work ..... what do you guys think and what they look for ,,, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I applied for TRV for my wife and it was approved in last Jan.

I believe these are the strong reasons,

1. After marriage both of you did not spend enough time together
2. Upcoming marriage anniversary or Birthdays
3. your spouse is working in India(strong reason for He/She will return back)
4. you are not able to take leaves and visit him in India

Make sure you apply with all these proofs.

Hello,

We were asked to send the medical completion receipt because our was a full medical request...not remedical....On the other hand...Appolo Hospital has emedical system...so even if we don't send it my guess is that it should be ok....but due to our file being put aside for 6 months untouched...we proactively sent it....Hope this helps.

Hello peeps ... I m 25 may applicant done remedical on 25 April 2016 it been 87 days after remedical still no update after that ...Can I apply for gcm notes ...or still wait for some days ...did it affect on it ..cheers ...

Notes will not effect anything . Waiting is just wastage of time .

Its 30 days process, so you will get it in next 3-4 days

*Still working on Applicant's eligibility.
*Background check not started yet.
*19 months process time, file will be cleared by December.
*Will do another inquiry in future if required.
