Hi friends, sorry for little late update as Wife was little paranoid about me posting all the details here until she gets visa.

So finally we got the Passport stamped with visa.
Interview - June 16, 2016
PCC sent - June 17, 2016 , they received - June 20, 2016
DM - June 29, 2016
PPR - July 5, 2016 (strangely received an email on my [sponsor's] email address)
Passport sent - July 5, 2016
Passport received with Visa - July 9, 2016 (would have been July 8, but there was some network delay)

Now looking for flights,...

Me & Wife will pray for you all waiting for DM/PPR/Interview that your wait ends soon. Also best luck to those who has interview lined up.
I will still keep checking this forum but it may not be on regular basis. So if you have any question then PM me. I will do my best to help.

You certainly can. My wife had a file or two for supporting documents that I found could be useful. I made the documents here and had my wife print & review it.
But in the interview VO didn't look at it.

Goodboy13 bro, i think its only two of us who had DNA testing required from NDVO, did your wife try to contact the Canadian testing agency and ask them how long it will take ...for us they told me max 6 weeks and we got the appointment from NDVO 3 weeks later? Or send them case enquiry...dont worry soon you will hear from them.

Canadian testing agency told us cic new delhi will contact to me in 6 to 8 weeks.
The lab submitted formal sample collection appointment request to cic new delhi on 12-May-2016.
but tommorow 8 weeks will be completed.

guys those who have got visa and are planning to land soon do take your driving history record.this would help to reduce vehicle insurance premium drasctically.Also take some general medicines as you won't like to run to doctor for small medical prescriptions like antibiotics.

Is it possible in India to get our driving history, and if yes! Let us know the procedure.

For Chandigarh the application can be downloaded from Chandigarh administration website and submitted in police headquarters to SSP traffic .usually they take 7-10 days and provide you with your driving history record. For other states you need to check yourself.

Bro, i was thinking same thing...wtf nobody gets anything the last 2 weeks. Its been 3rd week since we did MP enquiry and no reply. Really this waiting cant bare it anymore...f..k
