and again i got request for full medical.

Had an interview today.. file approved.. though they did not tell us the exact time frame within which we would get passport request.. all we were told is u will get a mail of passport request...
Phew! It was all good..
Booth no. 1.. the lady was from Quebec.. quite humble and friendly.. the questions were regarding our case, wherein they had some misinterpreted information about our marriage dates.. no other relationship question or anything.. even then it went on for 30 minutes for me and 10 mins with my sponsor(husband)

We are in same boat. We can't do anything other than wait. I tried everything but all in vain. When external agencies like CSIC gets involved in your case, than only God can help.
Did sponsor visit usa or any other country very frequently in the past ?

Hi Jagga,

It has been long time since you have passed your interview. And also you have passed 19 Months processing time. I know you have tried everything, still thinking to ask did you do case specific inquiry? CIC says if you application time passed processing time you should do case specific inquiry.

i m from 2015 may before 1 month i got DM but no PPr yet
why this thing happen i received all mail by cic in same mail but NO PPr yet

it can take anytime from 2 weeks to couple months unfortunately. don't worry you're almost there. be strong!

The lady who did my husbands fingerprint in delhi told us that it takes 2-3 months. I dont know now.evn mp told us that evrything is clear just waiting on rcmp.our interview officer had told us she will keep an eye on our case and try to speed up asap but rcmp stuff is not in her hands.

guys my wife had interview on June 08...they told her that they will email her in week time with decision..so today I just checked status it is changed to decision made..no remed and Police clearance..now I m really worried....

we submitted upfront medicals with application in 2014. it is expired aug 2015

Thats weird usually they send re-medical after interview and even your is expired too last year.don't know what they are upto. Hope for best.

Congrats on clearing interview. Please share your experience in detail.


My wife has an interview on June 16. We are pretty positive with all proofs and preparation we have had.
Any advice or word of caution for her.

Actually they put my file in background check. These check are done by csis and cbsa who are not answerable to anyone, not even mp.
Most of the cases are finalised within 6-7 months.Hoping to get it done in couple of months. This wait is really painful and unbearable.
Broken immigration system and careless officials makes you suffer to a extent where you get certain health problems which stays with you for the whole life.
