Hi all got re medicals req today.
1. They have asked for chest xray in image or pdf format
2.Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)

They have sent attachment. Its clear. But one thing I'm confused is they are asking even my spouse to take this test. How he will be able to take and send to embassy. Please seniors help us.

This is the working style for NDVO

this is very clear. +1 for you Preetiv.
Do you know how long it might take to get the interview date? my GCMS notes show "Interview Required". I ordered the notes on Sep 28 and my ECAS status showed "In process" on Oct 9, 2015. Just getting so impatient by waiting I'm a Sep 2014 applicant.

Hello Hemant09 - My wife got PPR e-mail today and there is a section "5) PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR YOU, YOUR SPOUSE, AND CHILDREN:" with a table for some information. Do we just prepare a similar file in Ms Word and take it to VFS? Or would VFS have that form for my wife to complete when she goes to submit the passport?

Reading your posts, I went to check our status and email, hoping for a similar result. No such luck.

I wish they would hurry up with our case notes already...its almost been 30 days. Those notes will really help explain why we're stuck on IP for the past 2.5 months.

I wondered if maybe they've put us into the interview queue, but I hope not. But if they did, why would NDVO have called us 6 weeks ago asking if my wife was in Canada, and if she would be able to do her landing entry at the US border? The lady made it sound like our file was almost done. It doesn't make any sense to me!
