Hi guys we got remedical request today. The letter says:


The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:

Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)

Does this mean all they need is a chest x-ray? How much time do we have to send it in or get it done? I ask because my wife has a flu and she wants to wait 4 or 5 days.
Also MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) ... is this a form that we need to bring to the doctor.

What should she bring to the doctors when she goes for her re medical. If anyone knows or has advice please share with me.

Yes, they only need chest x-ray, apart from this normal test like, eye check up, height, weight and BP is also checked during remedical. Generally you have 7 days to submit the results. Panel physician will send your results to NDVO. Your wife need to take the photocopies of passport, print of the remedical email, passport size photos. They already have these forms, so no need to worry.

Call the approved panel physician and take the appointment as soon as you can.

I am 26 Nov 2014 applicant. Aor from CIC Canada 18 feb 2015 and SA on 5 march 2015. we never recieved aor from new delhi office. Till date still AR/MR. no update. medical expiry on coming 14 october. My wife is Canada PR. She lives in Brampton Ontario. Can she apply for her local MP office enquiry ? or Canada CItizens allowed for MP enquiry not Canada PR ? We will apply for GCMS notices in coming October month (10-11 months after application filed date). Is that right time to apply for MP enquiry (Canada elections on 19 october ) or GCMS notice in coming October end or coming November month ? Please guide us. Please give us advise. Thanks in advance. It's great forum to help each other. Keep helping each others. Good luck to all.

You should wait for a month before ordering GCMS notes or contacting your MP. November applicants are going into "IP" so wait for sometime. And your wife being a PR can definitely contact her MP.

Pransi,, just make sure you check all spam folder. Sometimes email goes there...
i cannt beleive they made you wait over month after DM.

What to do now ?? I checked Spam folder also , but nothing is in it.

take letter along with and show them.I think so only for CHEST X-ray they need.You have seven days from today.Make it ASAP.

Hi,
They will take the Chest xray,height, weight,eye test,Bp check,general check up with doctor
All that you need for re medicals is
1.passport and copies of passport
2.2 photographs
3.the e mail that's been send by medical immigration officer
4. The attachment (re assessment form) you can find them in the e-mail

The rest of the form filling procedures will be taken care by immigration officer don't 4get to have your uci no handy as that's needed.

AS well i want to know how much time will take for change IP to DM.As my Medical expire on 5 Nov 2015.

Hi Every One,

I got IP on Thusday 24-Sep-2015.But there was no lines were Add to me expected 2 lines

Application Date 30-Dec 2014,
AOR 19 March,2015,
AOR1 15 April,2015,
Madical 5 NOV 2015.
IP 24-Sep-2015

Any one has IDea why they have not add lines to Ecase.what is Next.

My ecas is only 3 lines. Application received (submission date), we started processing your application (aor1 date) and Medical received. My status went to ip mid August. I ordered notes two weeks after that n notes show nothing has been started. They've just moved my file from the 'registry' location to some number.

They replied my query in 28 days
i scanned the letter with my initials details like file no DOB UCI subject and query

yes it can be done check for the CIC authorized doctor in your current country its mentioned on the CIC website you can update NDVO through your case specific inquiry by scanning and uploading the document

PS- i am not sure about visit visa/ Tourist visa but if you have a residence visa of your current country you can surely do it
