hey any updates on September 2014 applicants. my husbands status is AR and it will be a year now in September. medical has also expired. I am going back to India to see him. would that effect our sponsorship?

currently NDVO is picking files randomly, but mostly october applicants are getting updates. within month, you could also get some updates.

Don't worry may be next month u will hear something from ndvo ...after 10 months in ndvo I got remedical request

Do you know how long it will take for you to get a passport request or anything...seems like it takes lot of time than what it used to.
2) Did you also notice any changes in your Ecas.

3) My Ecas shows Decision Made and Application Recieved and pretty much same as last 8 months.

Hi guys,
I have some questions for Senior members regarding my file situattion.
This is regarding my wife file.

1) File received in Mississuaga on Oct 7,2014.

2) Dec 12, 2014 file was transferred to New Delhi. (AOR1)

3) Jan 9,2015 File was received at New Delhi. (AOR2)

4) Wife medical expired in June 2, 2015.

I have not heard anything since then. It has been close to 8 months and no updates from New Delhi visa office. Is this normal ? How long do i have to wait till i hear anything from them?

yes, thats how much it takes now. this is normal.. i am oct 6 applicant and got in process couple weeks ago. you will also get updated within month.

Guys I have a question. Our medicals expired on July 31st. We should be getting in-process soon (hopefully). Most likely they will send us a re-medical request.

My question is, my wife had to do her medicals for TRV as well. She did them in March 2015. Should I ask NDVO if they can consider these medicals for her immigration file? Has anyone done this before? Is it even allowed?

Any input will be really helpful.

absolutely, send them a case specific enquiry and attach the new medical with it.

I think after getting in process and if medcial is valid it take 2-3 months to get ppr baki ndvo is u predictable

Hi guys. I just had question regarding PCC (police clearance certificate). My wife is a Afghanistan applicant. She did her studies in India for 3 years. She did her Afghanistan PCC but New Delhi is asking for India as well since she was there longer then 6 months. For those who did their PCC for India, what is the process and where do you go to obtain PCC?

The quickest and easiest way is to get it through the passport services office. My wife got it in two days without the hassle of dealing with the police.
