Application Filled: Sep 30, 2014
AOR received: Nov 25, 2014
File Transferred: Dec 12, 2014
Current Online Status: AR
Medical: August 22 (Almost Expired)

Is there any one with the same time line? It shows online that my medical is received on Sep 30, 2014 (Upfront) So will they ask me for remed? Why they haven't changed my status yet...As I see many people from Oct and Nov are having IP status? Please advise

regarding the proof send the most you can, the more the better. I printed out 80 skype pages of calls. Facebook, skype, chat, calling card receipts... the more is better. Send a lot of honeymoon pictures as well, I sent I believe over 300 honeymoon pictures because my consultant told me to take as many pictures as possible during the honeymoon. If you don't have 300 then send all you have, every single picture you guys have together and even with each others family members. I labelled the back of a lot of pictures with name and relation of the family members as well. Give them as much proof as possible!

sent a case specific enquiry 2 months no reply from
applied for notes just a week back ...
looking forward for some +ve reply thru notes

Did they refused your TRV ?

They put my file in the interview queue and happily gave me a TRV :-[ ???

Since you brought this re-medical expiration point up. I also had a question for my friend. His spouse did medical in March 2015. Now he is afraid that they won't get PR before that time. So, is it possible to do another medical and post if off to NDVO office?

Yes. My wife did remed without request. Its upfront medical. It doesnt need request.
In Bangalore also they said same. I asked them to show such rules on CIC website.
Finally they did remed.

Agree with Fiza and Sunny6359. Good explanation by Sunny6359 about different situations of the people here.
2nd Medical meaning remed? Did your wife do remed without request and doctors were saying no?
Asking because My wife is also in similar situation. I am asking her to get remed done without request but physicians at Apollo Hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat are saying that they won't do remed without request from CIC.

hi manjit...how did you print Skype call records??

Well it takes a long time because you have to take screen shots and print them since skype does not allow you to print.
I simply scrolled through the call log and for each day I took a screen shot by hitting alt and the PrtSc key which is beside F12. Next your pictures folders and in the folder screenshots you will see the screen shots you took. You have to print them out one by one.

They normally don't reply to you in case specific inquiry unless its past 16 month after the date NDVO received your file.
And since your medical has expired. They are probably going to take 2-3 months extra for re-medical request

Yup they rejected my trv not only that they are sleeping on my file for past 5 months

They sleep on my file since 8 months... m gonna hit 9 month in September
So weird they being so ignorant our files .....

But in your case it looks like they asked for extra documents in January 9th? correct?

on the 2015 spreadsheet a jan 2015 applicant is in process!

Yes they asked pcc and we provided that January 19 . They received it on 20 January... Since then no udate..... Even if they ask for additional documents doesn't mean they gonna take forever.... My interview is waived .... 9 months actually too much if they asked additional documents
