I have been doing that for 3 weeks now , guess how m i going through , ur better off checking infrequently

How common is it to get the status changed to "Decision Made" on Online application status page, without receiving a PPR? Does the PPR come by email, post or both?

Yes, I have never stayed more than 2 months in one visit. For e.g. In 2010 I was in Sri Lanka for 4 months but was back in India after every 2 months, then 2011 again for 3 months, in 2012 for one month. Similar is the case for other countries where I had multiple visits but short ones say 2 to 3 weeks. Now I am in Lebanon for 3 months. But all were on Business visa not on resident permit.

OK..I dont think less than 6 moths is an issue..more than 6 months u have to giver PCC of that country.
