i know a few Jan 2014 guys who are on AR/MR.

Are there any other Jan 2013 applicants whose file is still not "In process" yet?

oops yes meant 2014 sorry, anyway, ours is stuck on Application Received/Medical results received too. I've ordered the Atip notes (waiting to receive) and done MP enquiry (waiting to hear back).
I've been told by our immigration consultant that we're possibly gonna be called in for an interview in 2015...dunno why but man thats wayy too long :'(

Hello All,

My wife she submitted her passport on 27th October 2014 at vfs office at Mumbai, today I checked VFS passport tracking status and its says passport has been dispatched on 30th Oct-2014 From New Delhi Visa offfice.

I am little bit worried because they just took 4 days including courier passport from Mumbai to Delhi. So guys please let me know is it usual thing? or may be there are any chances for visa rejection.

not against any particular consultant.....usually those guys are ....." i have no words to describe"...

good that you ordered notes and mp enquiry....that would pretty much tell you all you need to know about the case.....i hope you dont have an interview, but if you do both mp enquiry and notes will confirm it...

not sure you were following the forum, one JAN applicant recently got AR/MR to DM/PPR directly....so it is something to look forward to....

some people have got visas in that time frame.....you can check the excel...

there is no cause for concern reg rejection, as there wont be a rejection without an interview...i dont know of any such case reading in 2013 and 2014 forum.....

thanks, and you're right. we essentially did all our paperwork ourself but i thought having a professional immigration consultant look over our paperwork would help but grrrhh they dont reply msgs or give any updates, not take phone calls and usually they know nthg about our case. total waste of money

Yup I am still AR we got a request to submit a complete 5669 as prior was incomplete, try emailing about your file status they might reply.

In our case medical was updated late too, their is a strong chance of something not right with the applications from Jan, Feb, Mar if it's not in IP yet. I had two wrongs.

Well I did MP inquiry in the 2nd week of Oct and I did not get any response regarding anything wrong in the file. I also havent get any correspondence from NDVO regarding something being wrong in the file as well so I do not know what is happening or why my file is being ignored.

My immigration consultant also gave us horrible advice and pretty much delayed my file by 5 months!
