Hi, my file status shows "we have received ____ file for permanent residence on feb 13, 2014.

If i order for notes will it say something or it only says something if the file status is in process?

please help.

Well i m little confuse , can anyone help me telling the below two points....

1)that in interview they will call or ask for a meeting at embassy. ? My husband is saying u surely get a call for enquiry.

2) that i mostly stay at my parents house in Delhi. But my inlaws r in punjab so would u think ut create any problem. As a sumtym here n sumtym dere . ?

1st ques ka koi idea nai....

but in 2nd.....it can not be any problem...even m staying with my parents....
It will not make any difference ...

Hi. My fiance is a canadian PR, awaiting his citizenship. We are getting married in December 2014. He will be applying for a spouse visa for me after that. My questions are as follows:
1. I have a Canadian tours visa valid till April 2015. can i use that to visit my husband?
2. I am required to travel to europe in May-June 2015. Can i ask back for my passport to be able to make those trips?

Hi, ayeshak, welcome to the forum.

Yes, you can visit to your spouse in Canada and before you apply for your file show all visits in the application.
About your travel to europe in May-June 2015 : yes, you can travel as now New Delhi Visa Office asks for passport after decision made.

Sorry I have been posting anything since few months as I have been busy. Just want to say best wishes in life to those who got their DM and all the best to those who are still waiting. Just a suggestion keep ypurselves busy and watch the cycle of time go faster. Almost 7 months passed by for me and I did not even realize. Wish all of us to get speedy visas.

What all documents are required and how?

How will my wife sponsor me I m in canada itself? do i have to do a lawyer or wat?

I applied for my husbands visa in March 2014 and i was approved on April 2014 about 7 days apart. My file was sent to Delhi , was received in delhi in May. I have not seen any further update other then. APPLICATION RECEIVED MARCH 2014 AND MEDICAL RECEIVED - no further updates. Me being the sponsor as i am already approved i can no longer track under my name on Ecas. Just wondering is it seriously talking a year? can this seriously be possible? once they receive the file then what happens it just sits there till yrs time? im so confused i miss my husband so much ..


I am hearing so many thing from so many people, specially old uncles saying that when i go to India i should go and speak to the Canadian High Commission in Delhi? Would this be feasible ?

- medical received April 2014
