this shows how screwed up the system is....currently people with foreign work experience and degrees landing as immigrants are told they can't be hired because they don't have canadian work experience while in this system once can send in their resume and expression of interest so the canadian companies can hire these people...don't get me wrong I am happy for people whatever their background is to land in canada but there is a dichotomy between canadian employers and CIC when it comes to hiring foreigners...CIC wants money from applicants while employers want people with canadian work experience

Hi sbag... My husband filed spoude case on 16 june . But no confirmation received till today's date. Location filed missisauga. V just waiting that hope everthyn will be fyn. I m scared of embassy guys. Huhuh!! ??? ???

there is no need to worry...
the cic website says... step1 processing time is 55 days... and they are looKing at applications filed on 16, may.. if you r a june,16 applicant, no need to worry... but yeah... you do have to be patient.. the mississauga cpc is very very efficient... donot worry.... i fear, there were a lot of applications filed in april, may... this might be causing the delay... so Keep hope...

I DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOU ARE BASED IN CANADA... I LIVE IN TORONTO.. AND THERE ARE COMMUNITY CENTERS LEFT RIGHT AND CENTER... NO POINT FILLING THE APPLICATIONS AND THEN CORRECTING THEM ALL OVER AGAIN.. TAKE HELP FROM THE START... JUST GO TO YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY AND ASK AROUND FOR A COMMUNITY CENTER/ WOMEN'S CENTER...

i repeat.. do not fill up on your own... and yeah everything offered in these centers is free starting from immigration to tax-return, career advice...

They are releasing visa of Oct 13 applicant , so non of us will get PPR, Will get PPr may be in OCt
