Guys Help me . I have couple of questions.

I have applied Spouse PR for my wife in December, Now looks like she is going to get a job in California.

I want to know. After getting Visa Stamped Whats the deadline to enter into Canada ???

How long it will take to get my spouses passport back after stamping
