Dear Senior members

The below is my timeline please advice me, Since the May 25 2014 my application is in "IP" but not received any notification,


I wish I could receive my PPR on January 2015 or February


We started processing Ahmad's application on May 25, 2014.

before the above timeline it was like below one.

We started processing Ahmad's application on Oct-25, 2012.

I am not sure about how it works out in Delhi. It is generally obtained from the passport office, you need to apply on the passport office site and take an appointment at the pp office. Once they are done with your checking, they would than send it to your area police station, where the officer would check your docs and send your report to pp office. Than pp office would send you an sms to collect your PCC. Takes about 10-15 days.

There was a Police check done when passport was applied three years ago. Is it similar? Having a check done at that time would make the process any faster? Any PCC received from PSK is considered valid? A lawyer I consulted with said CIC best recognize the one received from Commissioner of Police office rather than PSK. So it is always advisable to get one from them. Since, they stopped giving manual, I stand confused now.

Happy to see your status is changed to DM. Mine also says the same.... When I click on it then it says, the decision has been made and officer will contact your concerning the decision.... In process is an indication that they are satisfied with the proof of relationship that you have provided and they find it compatible, so there is no chance of interview after "in process". Now they would do the criminality and background check, at that point it would change to DM.

We applied for our baby on may 15,2014
In process since oct 31
No update yet,so we've done mp enquiry before 2 to 3 weeks they said that they need a concert letter from mother so we've send them that letter 2 weeks before and still there is no update..they didn't even informed us that they need a letter and we got to know that after MP enquiry..

So I suggest you to go for MP enquiry..they might help you some how..

Hi.. Actually my husband is in a thought to order a note on our application but he said that it will take a month to get the note..by gods grace we might get our PR before that..

Thank your so much for your information, I did an MP inquiry 3 weeks ago, but our MP said your application is in final stage of review, they are going to contact you soon. Still I didn't hear anything, I wish in January we are going to hear something amazing good news.
