Do you know if with consent signed by both sponsor and applicant can the representative who has consents from both apply for the GCMS notes? Sponsor and representative are both living in Canada. OR can it only be the sponsor.

I just got my gcms notes and on the form u just need the applicant signature that's what I did
and thr was no issues
