Don't Worry seems Like Whole Immigration department is not working since 2 weeks may be due to students.They might put Visa Officer in other department to handle the load.They want as many as files to clear before time of students

Hello,
I received my sponsorship approval letter on July 22/14, and then a letter from the NDVO on August 5/14 stating that they received my application. How long does it take for them to receive my medical when it was done in April because on status page, all it says is application received. Very stressed about this....

Every Visa Officer can take 14 holidays in a Year offcourse Seems like they use them now and come back to Canada and Celebrate Christmas and New Year with their KIDS...

I mean 8-18 are usually Allowed in Jobs per year.My sister is Doctor in USA She can take 14 per Year and she use them in December marriage seasons

Mine was also in these dates...Mine both lines came together...Don't worry it does not really matter...some time Medical lines come with IP...Oh please don't worry about ECAS...its very Inconsistent to guess about our file situation

NDVO Received my file on July 15th Still the status says AR...They asked for my divorce petition but i don't know why cause i have already submitted my divorce certificate with the application and canadian immigration has approved my file ....i didn't have the divorce petition so i have sent them my divorce judgement papers...Can any one suggest that will there be any problem that i couldn't send the petition. I have all other proof that i am divorced and the Canadian immigration approves it..Then why did they put me to ADR Que....I have send the document on Nov 3rd but no news since then and the status is still AR....
Dont know whats happening....And when will i get PPR.... :-[

These all status change in your life

There is no way you can send them in email regarding this they have written in their website.Since your file went "In process" what if they somehow choose your file to verify your address.

You must submit letter by post.If you want their response in email you must write 'URGENT' keyword in subject.But 'URGENT' keyword is also been miss used by people saying "please process my file fast I am so lovely" sort of things....these all things are mentioned in website I am not saying on my own...I can provide you link wait.....
so you need to write a letter and courier them it only takes 1 day by courier to reach in New Delhi from all over the world

Thanks Karan for the quick reply! We already sent them two emails with URGENT typed in the email. The first email we sent a cover letter for the request but they responded back to send them a scanned copy of the form with signature for the address to be changed. So we sent them the signed form through email for which they sent an acknowledgment email for receiving the email, but nothing was updated so far in ecas.

Don't worry your Address is changed then ...and Don't worry about ECAS...Officers really don't care about ECAS...and when you have choose Email as a communication medium so you will receive PPR through E-mail Only...You are worrying for nothing...be cool

Finally the never ending wait has come to an end for me..Received passport back with Shiney-not so shiny visa ..Thanks everyone for your guidance and support..This forum is actually a life saver.. All the best to everyone thr..Have patience..Your time will come too.. Take care everone.
