Write Email To NVOD with YOur UCI number and Complete Date of birth and full Name of applicant
Explain Your Correction They will contact back you after 28 days
Second Option Direct Call to Visa Office or

send corrected form again to visa office with Short Note (Regarding Your correction )on Letter with Your Detail
