As far as I can see most of the people who applied in May have started receiving DM status. Anyone in June except one guy who have received DM? Is it processed according to where the application has been filed from like Province wise?

may 9th received application to sponsor husband on May 9, 2014.
July 10- confirmation
Oct 17- processing application on October 17, 2014.
medical recieved
Nov 3rd passport request
Nov 14-Visa issued
Nov 17, returned back.
Dec or Jan will be landing.

Dont confuse while submitting application you had to pay 550 dollar in two part
The second fee which is called RPRF fee...Right for Rermanent Residence fee which is 490 dollar....this fee you can pay later and also if you got Any AOR in your email write letter and Attach $490 fee receipt and pay and send to New delhi office
If you need info in detail you can ask me at 9872525250...not a problem

My agent told me that your wife file transfer to new delhi, so we send our receipt to new delhi for RPRF,is there any problem. I applied on Mar 28 2014 but still she has not get any ppr mail.Is embassy picking the file rendomly or by date of payment receipt of RPRF because i see many people get ppr and dm even they applied in may or june.
Please guide.

when can I get the passport request,do anyone know the processing time for babies as they donn have any criminal or background checking.

i applied for spouse visa for my wife and it was rejected with following reasons so can you explain me and give me advise

1. you have not demonstrated that you come withing the expectation under section 186 of the regulations exempting you from the requirement to get work permit or that your employment in canada comes within the exceptions to the section 203 of the regulations. As the result, your offer of employment must be the subject of economic effect determination before work permit issue to you.
2.Purpose of visit.
3.financial status.
