what does this mean? Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 14/11/2014 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website. my husband hasn't received his passport back yet. when do they receive the passport back after Ahmadabad?

It means that your visa is issued and your passport has been dispachted via DHL/Blue Dart from VFS to you for delivery. If you opted for SMS alerts, you'll get the tracking # via SMS. Also, you can call the VFS number on the receipt for the latest status updates.

Hi guys,

Have a quick question: Is it necessary to send in phone logs/ chat history to cic? Shouldnt things like marriage certificate, photos of the wedding, reception and honeymoon be sufficent? Please advise.

My take, if you have them, then why the hell not?!?! You have to remember, your docs (emails,pics,logs etc.) do the talking for you... You dont get a chance to tell your story or explain anything. So prepare your file in such a way that there is no doubt left in the visa officers mind. Give them as many docs you have, highlight all the important/relevant details, write a little description if you have to etc.
Spending a few extra hours now in preparing you file is a thousand times better than getting a call for an interview and giving explanations there.

I would suggest everyone here to add NDVO's email address (DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca) to your address book so that you dont miss any email by them. By the adding their email id to your address book, the spam filters will not treat it as spam and NDVO emails will be delivered straight to your inbox.

I can totally understand! Me and my wife sometimes think ke looking at ecas and emails to see for updates makes us more upset as there are no updates and we keep trying to think positive but worried if something was wrong with our files....

The Answer is simple for all those who are saying why june applicant got PPR when March applicants are in row.Well according to protocol of working and long line of applicant embassy don't want 50% of spouse to stay away from each other for long time.
So they are picking random files so at least 50% will not have to wait for long time.I know its bad idea on the other end some will have to suffer long time.But they don't have any feeling or sympathy to particular applicant.
They have loads of so many application with so many types of visa.
I mean If 10% people suffer on the other end 90% people dont....that' s how they are working

I know policies KiLL our minds
Even computer work like that when the processer has the load of applications to open...its start doing randomly or "Shortest JOB first" not "First In First out"
