But this is what I know for sure that Canada is not the signatory to the Hague Convention hence authentication of documents is not needed for official purposes.
I still can't post links but if you search for Canada, Hague Convention and Authentication you will read it all. I don't think that Marriage Certificate needs to go to Ministry of External Affairs if you are using it for Canada.
I think there are other forum members, who would agree to this.
