Thanks. Yes I already called that number, they say 'minimum 5 working days'. Its a vague statement, minimum 5 could mean 10, 20, 50...?

But let's hope passport arrives soon.

Guys, I just want to point out something that the early 2014 applicants only know and have felt. We were all following 2013 applicants thread closely as when we submitted our application, NDVO was processing 2013 applications. Around Apr/May this year, NDVO was still processing Aug 2013 applications and those people have been waiting for almost 12 months since their applications. I personally think that NDVO has done really well in speeding up things and they are already processing end-Apr applications. We just need to keep some patience, and believe in the almighty, he will make things work out for everyone. You can use this form to vent out (its a huge benefit), but please don't lose hope.
