Guyz remember that the processing time for sponsorship applicants is only 15 months where as for fsw applicants it is 25 months that's the reason u see lot of family applicants getting ppr s even though u had applied before them ,, I am fsw applicant from February ,, waiting for my ppr since may loll,,, good luck buddies,,,

They are working on it. Today and tomorrow is holiday which is why no update from anyone yet

Welcome to the forum and congratulations for the IP status...
I think its a PPR (passport request)...
Because after IP status if they asked for passport then its for visa...
ppl on this forum got PPR request after IP and got visa in a week time...
in ur case they may be taking this long cuz of travel history..
but dnt worry soon u will get ur passport with shiny visa..
keep checking ur mail for any further update and ecas too as may be they will change ur status from IP to DM very soon...

But the think is that from 2014 you cant send your passport to them directly coz it is taken only by VFS.
i dont know i did right by sending it?.....
what i think ...they will send my passport back to me and thn again i will re submit it to VFS as they have fees on it...money matters... ???

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I'm concerned if it is positive.Also in how many days I can expect a reply from CIC

Received a Response from MP Office. As per them, "Background and Eligibility Checks are in Process. Rest Everything is fine with file. No interview information yet. it will take couple of weeks, everything looks OK".

Small Relief, But still waiting game is not finished.

You should be informed within a week to 15 days. You shouldnt be worried, it is going to be a postive news most likely otherwise it would have been rejected way before eligibility started

Welcome to the forum....congrats on your IP and DM...thanks for sharing that info.

The norm in NDVO is this standard statement " A Decision has been Made...." usually after this stage you or your lawyer or both will get an EMAIL asking for PASSPORT.

Usually no applicant will be rejected without an interview. so dont worry. keep checking your email and you should get passport request.
