so i called NVDO office. After going through like multiple options, i got the operator. I think i wasted 20mins of my time talking with these people. No Help, no idea what to do. How do they hire these guys. Should have Canadians working there.

"Sir i dont know what to do for you. Please Wait for the Process. No Information. Thank You"...

I got more from the CIC help Desk in canada. Theywere able to tell me the process/how much long might need to wait. Even gave me suggestions. They like NVDO is one of our busiest VIsa centers. They even said dont bother calling. Better to Email or fax.

I dont mind that. little bit of information (not a lot). But still better than NDVO..

I observed in my case the status updates very quickly.

I filled an application on July 14,2014
AOR Received on 29 August,2014
Status Updated : file Transfer to NEW DELHI on 6 Sept,2014
Status Update: We Received medical on 9 Sept,2014

Hope that guys are working with new pace and ambitions...

Its a very unfortunate situation for everyone. Having a case unnecessarily go to court is a waste of our tax dollars. All it requires is for a visa officer to send a request to the applicant with further clarification. It's a sad situation.

Is anyone same timeline. Please let me know.

call cic call center and find out about your AOR. I did it yhe same way
