The only issue I have is neither my wife nor I have not gotten any emails/communication from NDVO regarding her UCI number. In March 2014, I got a generic letter from CIC saying the sponsorship was approved and the file was transferred to New Delhi. This letter had a file number and a UCI number. I have received no communication from wither CIC or NDVO since than. Is this normal? Are there any other individuals that are experiencing the same issue where their significant others didn't receive a UCI number from NDVO? When I check the status of my wife application using the file number, it says "Application Received".

Please advise.

Applicaiton transferred to NDVO: Mar 27, 2014
Current Status for Wife's PR: Application received

Same is in my case i didnt receive uci no from NDVO as My husband has got UCI no from cic in which they have written that your sponsorship is approved and file is transferred to NDVO on 19 aug. After that no intimation receive from NDVO

Hope his 15 months time is for the new applicants and not for us.

I hope 15 months is based on 2013 pending applications.. as few june july applicant is still pending... so they dnt want to take any risk and for safer side update the months as 15..

Chill guyss its neither for us nor for new applicant...

ALSO NOTE,


the update was from JULY 22, 2014, the time when oct, nov 2013 applicants were getting dm/ visas... so it does not signify the current timeline.. which has changed drastically in the last two months... february applicants are getting IP now..

my advice, you can worry unnecessarily about things you do not know (why the 15 month timeline)
OR
you can base your timeline based on information you do have, (that NDVO is processing FEB files)

the choice is ours to make,,

Yes you are right....

As few feb applicant is in process so we can still hope for the best.. i m april applicant n really want that in september NDVO pick up rest feb jan n march applicant...

October is full of festival... please god... NDVO touch april by the end of september... please please please...

Anything is possible.. in half august they have touched jan n feb so we can expect anything...
