haha thanks budy..TRUE...my employer for sure 2 months notice period ...yeah...better to resign when March last week applications go In Process...I guess....wts your timeline...

Dont resign dear untill your application goes In Process or atleast wait till dec than plan for same. As you can deal with your company t&c but not wid NDVO.
