ye still waiting here.. multiple MP enqiuries, multiple case-specific online inquiries, sent in package again with more proofs few months ago... No red flags according to 1st GCMS notes... in registry following re-meds approval since nov 27, 2015. 2nd pair of notes should've been here yesterday or today but nothing yet (ordered on feb 26).

How do we check in notes that there is no red flags??

scroll all the way down and read their notes, what they wrote about your case. go through the document and see if there is any further requests in documents etc.. mine was clear cut without anything to suggest wait will be this long for the visa.

I sent my baby's birth certificate, hospital IDs and IMM 0008 form (additional family information) for my wife via case specific enquiry to CIC (here in Canada) 10 days back and today got a strange reply from CIC "

We have verified the file of <My Wife> and there is no information stating that you are their representative.

Due to the Privacy Act, we cannot take action on your request since this file contains personal information about another person. The Privacy Act makes sure that a person’s identity and personal information are protected.

In order to respond to your inquiry, <My Wife> must either write to us directly or provide written consent to IRCC by completing the Use of a Representative form and submitting it via the IRCC Web form available on our website. You may also contact the appropriate governing body to verify that you are a member in good standing.

If you already provided a Use of a Representative form, please resend the form and make sure to fill out all sections of the form correctly.

Did you submit your application through a lawyer? If yes then contact him because his name will be there as a representative. If not then call CIC and let them know.

oh yes, still waiting after doing multiple MP entries, applied notes twice, waiting for 3rd one in a week or so i hope. Don't know anything anymore. so so frustrating

I am December 2014 applicant. Interview recommended. Still waiting. Nothing from NDVO. No date for interview. Watching 2015 get complete interview and PPR. Frustration building. Ruining so many lives and memories. Causing sickness and pain...

What did 2014 applicants do so bad to NDVO? Why they dislike us so much??? Did they just give interview and laugh at the pain they cause after we sit in dust pile? Our officers work or no? It's like we get punished for liberal government coming!! Conservative don't care. Liberals don't care. NDVO don't care. 2015 applicants don't care cause they speed ahead and post here to rub face in our pain. Good for them but pain for us lost 2014 applicants.

I completely get your frustration and feel the same way. why us? what have we done?
I'm Sep applicant waiting for a date as well. it seems like after july applicants they stopped giving dates. do you know any august applicants who got dates yet?

I knew one person in forum (didn't remember name) Aug 22nd got interview. Jay is from Aug 8th and he didn't get interview .
Processing has become like casino card game luck, so bad on thier part. There is no harm for them to send us one line email about delay which will help for people.
I keep filling complain inquiry form every alternate day as escalation, not sure if they read it.

thanks kite. i know, we are in a big s-hole. there's only 5 months left in 2014 for them to do some work on, why can't they just do it and noone will complain then. it's not our fault we decided to start a life with our partner in 2014. i know these are meaningless talks, but i can't help it. it has become so frustrating for me, well i guess for all of us waiting. really pathetic.
