Yes I had such visits. like 2 of them. one got acceptance the other not. in one cases. the clothes of the lasdy and the ones of the hubby were kept in different rooms.this razed concerns to immigration officer.
The second one the lady had a child she got before, and when they arrived they heard this child calling the step father(Dad). they said they don't need another proof. so what they saw when visiting you might influence them.

What you are saying is they weren't satisfied for the first time so other people came back again to checkout??
If so, were the two visits in a long gap??

Probably they were satisfied coZ the documents and files of me and my husband were kept together, also the people they asked in the neighbourhood did say that yes they are married and all, and also wedding albums were kept in the cupboard and she did see them too..

I m not hurting u. Bt CIC officer has empower to field visit. It's many happen at Charoter district Gujarat. It's mention in the procedural manuals.
May be somebody inform to CIC NDVO abt ur marriage or anything else.
Don't worry U r on positive sign.

I am sorry I wanted to write I heard about such visits. they did not happened to me. I is 2 different cases I have read here.

So after 7 months, we got an update in our file. They asked to submit the re medical within 30 days. We received a standard email from the NDVO to follow the instructions. The instructions was not dated and was standard. We sent the case specific inquiry two days back and we are supposed to get the GCMS notes on 17th march. I applied for the notes on Feb 17. Any advices?

Apart from that, they have not updated the contact details as we requested last August. The medical form we received has the wrong address information. It seems we need to double check with every information we send to them.

If you got full remedical request then u r very close to get DM and PPR coz when u send the full remedical then u can get DM within one month and bout u r notes u r gonna get them on 17 March hope this will help

is this your first time applying for notes? the fact that you got remedical request means you are close to DM like Jassjot said. which means you have no interview so i think you're in a good position. goodluck

Think im one of the unluckiest one after getting remed request, i havent heard anything for 130days post remeds. This sucks

that's really unfortunate. wonder what they are waiting for. have you applied notes to kinda see what they are stuck at? what is your MP saying?

Yes, This is the first time I applied for notes. That's why I don't know what's decided as per the interview. Hopefully there is no such ordeal.
