U r fine my friend like my case same happened to me I have done full remedical on 8 Feb 2016 and got DM yesterday and PPR today morning stay there and hold tight my friend u r almost there it's a good sign if u r interview is waived acc to notes

Yah that's the email id from where I got full remedical request after sending reassessment chest X-ray only on 2 October 2015 if u did remed on 25 Feb then u should get DM by this Sunday or next Sunday hope this will help

So very interesting comment i got from my MPs assistant just now.

"You should not have ordered the GSMS notes because it delays the process." Since I told him i had ordered it, he refused to do any further inquiry on the case (very rudely). So obviously i got mad n stormed out of that office.

really? that's really odd. as far as i know Notes doesn't have any affect on your process. it's just a tool to know where your file is at. may be others can comment but i highly doubt what the assistant said is true.

I am Dec 2014 applicant, interview waiver but still keep in cold storage by NDVO.
I applied for visitor visa in Jan2016 at Bangalore but was rejected for no sufficient ties and travel history.
I am again planning to apply for visitor visa with MP support Letter.
This time can I apply at NDVO online or should I apply at Bangalore Office only?
I want to apply at NDVO because my spousal sponsorship application is in final stage in NDVO.
Please suggest.

Hey,

visit visa can be applied either through the online method or through VFS - and these are the only two options to apply. I would prefer the VFS method given that there is no file size and the amount of documents you can sibmit.

No i haven't done a full remedical. Only chest xrays back in november 7th 2015. I hope so man. After talking to this so called public helper i have lost faith completely in our government. Very sad n frustrating.

I tell him it'll be almost 2years and he tells me i am lucky because some countries its 36months.. like wtf ..

Find another mp from the website www.parl.gc.ca
if one doesn't help surely the next one will.

U shud check with ur mp again and apply notes again. As there is member who applied in july but her file was revived in sept. So unyill now she thot she was july applicant waiting for interview letter but it turned out that she was september applicant. She had applied notes.
