I really wonder if they have a separate queue for 2014 and 2015, as I'm a Jan30,2015 applicant and yet recd no interview letter from NDVO.

Its really strange that NDVO queues up a March 2015 applicant in front of Jan 2015 applicant.

The entire process is very confusing and is not straight forward at all and that not just for the interview queue but also for PPR or anything else, you would see a much later applicants getting PPR while the older applicant wait for example us - we waited for 5 months while other applicant got the PPR

Hi.can anybody suggest wat to do now.

My husband is waiting to get interview date. Dnt know how cic is working cuz we july 2014 applicants are waiting n waiting. N they are doong 2015 ppl.
Did mp enquiry n everythn we cud. They only say they will schedule wen they arr ready. So ....just wait untill wenever they decide to do something..or is there any other step we can take.this is the 19th month after we filed applocation.its so frustrating

Unfortunately there is nothing more you can do at this point that to just wait on getting the interview date since you have tried all the options - hang in there

There are two things which you can do if you havent done yet. Order the notes / contact your MP - I suggest you order your notes first since that would give you insight into the file then using that contact your MP.

You are the sponsor correct? You most certainly can order the notes for your wife the applicant - she would just have to give an additional document authorizing the release of her information to you

Hi Friends,

I sent an email 3 days back to NDVO (thorugh case specific enquiry) about my new born asking what all documents we have to submit.. but no reply.. anyone have any idea what documents NDVO needs and how to update NDVO?

The notes are generated immediately but they are not sent for 30 days.

Ok. So this is one of the things that we can do when we wait for news from them. Obviously its a long and frustrating wait though.

anji i'm in the same boat as you. end of this month will be our 17 months. and no sign on interview date. i've ordered notes and done MP enquiry and dont know what to do anymore. when i did the MP enquiry all they said was apparently it was told from New Delhi that we can expect "something" (maybe the date) in April sometime. so i'm just praying. i dont even know anymore.

draxz what do you think I could do at this point other than what i have already done?

Unfortunately when you are in the interview queue there is nothing more you can do other than just wait for the date ordering the notes/contacting the MP usually isnt very fruitful.
April sounds about right for a September applicant although NDVO could skip and get to you - a march 2015 applicant got interview.

There is nothing more that can be done than just wait - I know it might be hard to digest but what really helped us was accepting the fact that we cant do anything and thinking or trying to "figure out" about it will only cause pain

hello every one.

I have a very important question. I am Canadian citizen and I applied for my husbands sponsorship in July 22 2014. I am currently living with him in India from past 3 months and like I had mentioned before I am pregnant with our first child. I will be going back to canada in April. I was wondering if it possible for him to apply for TRV because I want him to be with me during my pregnancy. there is one problem though. my husband applied for a visitors visa to canada in 2013 before we got married and it was refused. so now situation is different, but I don't know if its going to affect it or not. please advise me what I should do or who should I contact. thank you.
(I forgot to mention my husband has an interview recommended)

I am Sep 2014 applicant med done in June 2014 and they have requested remed reassessment only chest X-ray on 28 Sep 2015 we send it on 2 October 2015 but they have sent me full remed request on 5 Feb 2016 with IMM form that we have done it on 8 Feb 2016 so van anyone tell me that now I m gonna wait for interview or for DM and PPR is there anybody else who has done full med after reassessment or its only in my case plzzzz anybody share your experience

Yeah. Even Feb 2015 applicant has been scheduled for interview in March 2016. You can check the 2015 spreadsheet for more details. Maybe they've clubbed Jan 2015 with 2014 for interview purposes. Can't say.
