Welcome to the forum Karan Singh!! Good Luck with your application... what date in JAN did you apply for PR?

From what i gather, I dont think it would go well, if you present your case as "i was too busy with work hence i delayed my wife sponsorship" unless you both are cohabitting in INDIA. If that is the case - and you both are india, you should show strong proof of documents that you are staying together etc. AND intent to return to canada once your spouse has got her PR CARD.

May be just in case, get some help from a consultant or immigration lawyer. Also consider depending on your personal situation - perhaps a medical reason, or some strong personal reason - aged parents etc

Thx sir for a quick response my application for pr was filled on january 14 with that being said I am in canada and she is in india and on top of all this the cic has a asked me for a quicker response .

Provide sufficient photos of urs.... and u have to give strong reason for submitting file late ..as its almost after 2 year....it can be create issues from NDVO.. Busy with work is not a strong reason to be given

Nitya ji thx for a quick response , i do understand that i have submitted my file late but during those two years there were a couple of things that happed my dad met with an accident he was on a complete bed rest, me and my wife had some issues related to our families which led to the delay in submitting the application, but so far things are smooth and no issues. I didnt understand what is ndvo and how can this issue be resolved

CIC has address this letter to my wife in INDIA
Option 1 I ask her to hire a good immigration lawyer who can handle this case from India
Option 2 Submit all the queries they have asked, providing them a relavent information that they want.

This marriage is real and now we dont have any issues

yaar M not getting ke....logo ki PPR bhi aa jati hai..fir bhi ese pareshan rehte hai ...ki passport delivered kab honga!!!!!

Haad hai yaar...itna ho gaya hai to Passport to aana hi hai...


just look at Us ..our ye log hai...ki isme bhi pareshan... :-[

if it is a complicated case (it seems like one), hire a GOOD immigration lawyer. If you present the case like you are doing now in the forum, there is a good chance NDVO will not like it. sorry to hear about your dad. But i dont think it would be a good idea to talk about family having issues with NDVO, the immigration lawyer will tell you more...
