Hi,

Any october 2014 applicant waiting for ppr after re medicals?

Yes, my hubby did his re-med on oct 21 no update since then its been almost 3 months

I have emailed my mp again.hoping to hear something back soon.actually they did apply that 17 month period plus the 2 month of sponser application on my file though cuz when my mp enquired ndvo told her that they cant tell anything untill feb 2016 as that marks the so called end of my processing time.
They have just said my file is in que.
I only got hope . i have submitted case specific enquiry too.
Hopefully something comes up soon.this wait is so frustrating.my husband was going to fomes to america so taht atleast that way i can go and see him from here. But because the processing time says until frb 2016 we are so stuck what to do.
Incase he leaves and then gets a call or email for interview or ppr then we will be stuck again.
I hope the officer who has my file wakes up now.

I am hoping it makes a different because I don't want go back alone without him. its even more frustrating now.

Yeah and there are plenty of applicants left from october, we did re-med end of oct and after that nothing. even though officer called and said everything is done and they just waiting for re-med before sending re-med email.

Yes that's the plan for landing.
But I am more concerned about, what if Ottawa didn't stamp passport in next one month?
After one month, it will be against TRV condition (only 6 months visit) and it will be counted as overstaying, no?

You cant travel due to Passport in Ottawa Office & you are in IMPLIED Status, so dont worry about it

Anybody knows what happens next.
My notes said recommend interview. Updated date april 2015 due date september 2015. But i havent got any info or anything regarding that.
Also acc to new processing time . i have exceeded the processing times as i m july 2014 applicant.
I called immi and they asked to contact ndvo. I have emailed ndvo but no repliedls.
I m so worried and confused. Is there anybody who can advice something on this please

Getting in touch for an MP inquiry will help you on this. I am also a July 17, 2014 applicant and have an interview recommended in my notes so my husband got an MP inquiry done yesterday and got to know that I should get my interview letter by end of the month or early next month.

Im a December Applicant, Got remedicals on Dec 4th completed medicals here in Canada and sent back on Dec 23rd.. But still waiting for DM. Notes shows interview waived, Eligibility,, criminality and security as Passed

I am a December applicant and as per my notes interview is recommended. With the pace that NDVO is issuing the interview letters i think i have a very long wait ahead of me! So i am planning to go visit my husband with a trv.

What are my chances of getting a TRV after a year? Seniors pls help!

Still waiting as well. Did re-meds on Sept 23rd and everything as been approved on Oct 14 and they are still waiting. Looks like a lot of Oct people are waiting.

Hello everyone,

Wife completed her full IME meds exam today - she received a e-medical tracking sheet paper copy for her records which is stamped by the doctor, she also got a receipt showing which tests were completed being checked off as well as amount of fees paid for the medical examination. My question is should we upload/email both sheets;
e-medical paper and the fees paid copy to the Case Specific Enquiry online?? Any suggestions would help

you do not need to send it , the panel doctor will upload it in their system .

In my notes too, under security there is no status, doesn't say in progrees/pending or passed
Is yours same too?

Security is doing the background criminal check. mainly looking at PCC.
