By ADR do you mean Additional Document Request? No, I did not get any.

And what kind of telephonic interview did you have? When do your medicals expire?

Some lady called me and asked me a few basic questions about my marriage, my in laws etc
Since then i have not heard anything.
My meds expired on 24th november.

I am waiting for re-medicals although it is pointless to keep thinking about it, Fed up now

yaah i sent extra documents after I visited my wife with a cover letter. if you think your case is weak make it strong. if you think you can add some

documents that do not conflict with your previous documents and help your case better , why would you not ?


yes it will be crucial waiting game and sometime takes full 17 months to get interview date ...fc.k.i.n.g sucks.

once they say interview sooner or later they will complete an interview.

oh ok.. Even i am a dec 31st applicant. even i am waiting for my re-meds. But my meds will expire only on dec 27th. So i guess i have to wait longer

Finally my wait gets over....ppr done on 14th dec 2015....interview was done on 01st dec 2014.
ecas shows decision made....if any one wants any assistance, with process of interview or sthg plz pm me , more than happy to assist...

this forum has been helpful more than its the people we intially connected with here ( tho almost all of them are in canada now ..except me )
but definitely key word here is patience which we can loose easily when we see others getting much faster than us.

waqt se pehle kisi ko zyada nahin milta ....bottom line when god decides it only then your destiny will take you there ....my 2 year ordeal ends now.

and yessssssssssss i am happy .....i wont be able to celebrate my bday with my hubby but will be there soon...waiting for visa to be stamped any day now .

I got interview on nov 18th and was approved for visa and did medicals on 25th of november as my medicals were over. Can any say till when i can expect passport request. Thanks for help in advance

I wrote a letter to Delhi High commission.

I sent ,

1) Pictures of my trip , places visited .

2) Friends and family members.

3) Boardi pass, tickets, or any other travelling reciepts of any expanse.

4) Call detail not sure , but picutres and flight booking information can help a lot.

visiting your wife is a good thing. (shows you care for her)

I sent that with Family case #, and UCI #.

that was it.

After 2 months i went in process, re-medical and PPR.

Just evaluate your case and go from there. Sometime they do ask for more documents so if you have something that can help , send it .

Its been 15month since i applied my file, whole day passed in checking inbox and status of file. December is almost gone, dont hope for something to happen in dec coz coming days are just holidays for xmas. I pray to God plz bring some hope for me in the begining of jan2015...finger crossed

since ur in interview queue , its certainly taking longer . i presume june guys getting interview letters as of nw . just stay calm n wait for new yr .. may it has lots of hopes .oh yes thy hv holidays on 25,28 n 1st hAving 3 days as work days ..nt sure if thy really work . all d best

Once you are recommended for an interview 99% the applicant has to go through it
So stay calm and keep a plan how to face the interview

You can either send extra proofs or carry them when you are scheduled either thing helps
But try to read the comments on the notes and figure out the reason to prepare accordingly
