Hello guys we received PPR on 9th November.. last night in Canada and yesterday in India

In the email it says pictures must be taken by commercial photographer... we are confused as to what a commercial photographer is.

Hi All,

I read 2-3 posts from applicants asking if travel history will lengthen up the processing time..

It does impact but doesn't delay application for 2-3 months, in case you have travel history of Canada/US/New Zealand/Australia, it is very quick to verify the information as these countries share data with each other.

Even for European countries too it does not take to long.

So don't worry.

I have travelled Canada on student visa for 11 months in year 2009, I have clean travel history, no criminal or overstay or any violation of student visa during my 11 months stay in Canada and I got & submitted CLEAN Canada PCC from Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Many senior members told me that usually new delhi visa officers calls Canada travel history applicants to come personally to give fingerprints at Canada high commision, New Delhi. I have clean travel history, but ony thing worries me that Canada travel history check can delay our file extra for 3-4 months.

I received my Remed request just a moment ago. Mail is from 'Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca'. Do everyone receives mail from same email ID? In subject it is written that do not reply, this is a system generated mail. Guys please help.....

Congrats.. any professional photographer will do it just take the guideline to him and get his studio stamp at the back of it with handwritten date.
