we both have the same timeline my filed was transferred to ndvo on 12th november and ip from 28th august. No remed request till now i ordered notes mid aug and nothing specific was mentioned abt the interview however under eligibility criteria it just said review required. anyhow i have ordered notes again and will get them next week i will know for sure i have an interview lined up.

oh okay let me know what your second set of notes say. i'm planning to order my notes end of this month again. my eligibility criteria said passed but in notes said interview recommended. who knows what's going on wishing luck to both of us!

what was the due date mentioned in your notes try to apply after that.

Remedial request received nov2, did that nov4. It was lot later than most of you. I'll still be here for a while.

1) its asking for re-medical xray scans for 'your self and your spouse'
2) states i have 7days to book an appointment with the PP else file will be rejected

And on the applicant's name: its her name only

(I am the sponsor) and my wife is in India. They have my email address which they forward stuff on.

do sponsors need to get medical scans done?

Same story sunny.. I don't understand what's the delay for. I am really starting to get impatient. So many of us got ppr without DM and now I see us stuck with dm lol..

This happened to us too. It seems like this is the new wording for remedical request. We received ours couple days ago. Sponsor doesn't have to do it unless we had to do the first medical test. (Panel physician confirmed this).
