Guys after how long does ppr come after dm ? I saw my status change on 1st Nov.

Hey, i also received DM on Friday, Oct 30, 2015.
Looking at the recent updates on excel sheet, it seems like usually it take average 1 week to get PPR after DM. Then average 1 week to get Passport back with VISA. So if we go with this, we should be done with everything within 2 weeks.

Recently some people are getting PPR right away without DM OR DM same day as PPR.

Hi All,

I have been following this forum since a long time and has really helped me through my process. I have an urgent query, would really appreciate if someone could answer me:

I am an Indian citizen but resident in the UK (My husband is the citizen of Canada and is the sponsor). My application (family sponsorship) was sent to the New Delhi visa office. Now I received the PPR email this morning but since it is a standard computer generated email so they havn't mentioned anything about residents of other countries.

What should I do? Should I sent my passport to VFS in India by post? Or in the UK?

Any help would be much appreciated.

if ppr email was from delhi immigration id then your passport needs to be submitted at New delhi visa office I have heard that passport can not be send via post or courier internationally but if there is vfs office in UK you should call them and explain your situation or if you can come to india that will be the best do it asap if ppr request has time limit

Wish this day comes for me too...waiting more than 2 months after remedicals. They have forgotten September applicants :'(

No kidding. Its nice to see people getting DM/PPR, but I really wish ours would come too. Its so frustrating!

We've been IP for nearly 3 months now, with no re-medical request. Ordered the notes, and got them on Thursday...interview waived, RCMP criminal check cleared, and they sent our re-medical request back in September, which we never received.

I sent them an urgent e-mail explaining what the situation is, but now we have to wait another month just for them to respond.

Stupid system, honestly. A delay of over 2 months for absolutely no reason at all. Waiting to hear back from our MP...
