how to apply for mp inquiry

If I would be you I would wait until election is over and see who wins your area .. then I would approach MP area to get the MP inquiry.. since right now most of the MP office is not functioning properly ...

I applied in sep. 2014, file in process since 16 August 2015,Our Remed is done on 28 of aug, and sent by mail. How long usually they take for passport request... Anyone plZ help...?

i got re-medical request as well as so you might wanna add to spreadsheet. i checked it on oct 11.

I want to apply notes, can somebody help in detailed procedure to do so, my wife is sponsor. Which form i need to fill, and how to send it, where to send it???

Please see the document file on the link. It has listed all the steps needed to apply for notes.

You (Principal Applicant) will need to fill out consent form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5744E.pdf (follow steps listed in document file). And scan and send it to the sponsor (your wife in your case). Sponsor will print and fill out other needed info including his/her signature.
When Sponsor applies for notes he/she will have an opportunity to attach needed forms. At that point this form will get attached (with whatever other proofs needed).

I'm just wondering for the applicants before May, has anyone's ECAS still shows Application Received?
Or everyone's ECAS has changed to IP on Oct.9th (for those ecas wasn't showing IP before Oct.9th)

Because I've noticed that there are some VOs cases changed to IP all of the sudden (and all on Oct. 9th), if there are still some applicants' status remain Application Received then I wonder what does it mean for those whose ecas changed to IP and those haven't.......

It takes anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months from your remedical request dare to receive the next step. Hang in tight.

What affects me is I was planning on ordering notes when I get IP, but since they changed ECAS to the new IP which shows the date they received after DM1, I can't tell when my case is actually in process, I don't wanna order the notes before they start processing it and waste a month. Now I just don't know when is the better time to order the notes
