It looks like they have changed the processing of making the files IP once the AOR2 is issued which seems to be the case not just with NDVO but also with other offices. But older files who have got IP are truly IP since we are in the 8-9 month sweet spot.

I don't understand how this works. I applied in March we're still AR/MR whereas my brother in law applied in June and they're already in process.

Today i saw a change in my Ecas system when i went there to check .

Under Decision made option i saw new line

--> We have started processing your application on Dec 9,2014 .

does this mean they start something with my file or it just a dummy message.

I don't understand how this works. I applied in March we're still AR/MR whereas my brother in law applied in June and they're already in process.

You are not in-process because you come under old procedure.
Your bro-in-law is under the new process where the file goes in-process as soon as you get SA.

Yes thats right watz going on ..as I am also a January 09 applicant still AR/MR

More than happy to because sure felt like years since i filed my application.

1) Oct 7, 2014 file was acceted in mississauga

2) Dec 9, 2014 file was transfered to delhi.

3) Jan 9,2015 File was received at Delhi. ( that's when wife started bi.t.chi.ng at me what's going on? )

and i saw a new line under Decision Made option

we started processing your application on December 9,2014.

so feel free to make my day or break it.
