Why no reply for applicants from 25 sept to 29Sept 2014 including myself? Spread sheet shows no In Process or any updates.

Can anyone tell me what are these notes you are talking about? Order from where and why? Thanks so much.

We get scan copy of pages as a notes . This notes give us detaile information what job are done on our file which job are pending. We can apply for notes after the 8 or 9 months of apply for sponsor .

In process means they start working on your file before they just recive the file send us AOR . After in process cic will take 3 to 6 months for DM .

Hi chandy13.13. Any new on your side. Send ndvo an email. It will attract them to touch you file. This is what we did. I still have receive ppr. Does anyone know if they mail by courier ppr letter.

Congratulations to everyone with fresh updates on their applications. I have a few queries and would appreciate anyone who can help me get some clarity on the same:

A lot of people specially October applicants got in process in August. A few days back, some senior forum members posted a cic link which states this is their new procedure/process. While I myself am one of the applicants who have received in process, I don't know whether it is a good sign or not. Is my file actually in process n ndvo has really begun work on my file or is was the in process update on the Ecas just a new procedure they're following. My in process date is my AOR2 date.

Secondly, few applicants have started receiving remedical requests.. Can you pls share when ur Medicals expired n when did u get the remed request. I'm asking this as my Medicals have expired in July and iv not yet received a remed request.

On 31 ug I send emil at delhi immegeration@international.gc.in but still there is no action. Your husband will get email with in week donot worry . Ask your husbnd check spam mail, junk mails .

today 4th line was added to my ECAS status. hmmm lets see what happen.. i also applied for notes to find out what this "In process" actually means.

Chandy13.13. They will reply with 28days to your email. We never nevergive our email address. They have my lawyer's email address. My husband received interview letter by post in india back in april. My lawyer said my husband should receive ppr by post in india. I am little worry.

You applied through lawyer but my husband applied himself. He did all the paper work . After delaying in my case he applied for sister in law and parents in law through lawyer. In my case I got all the mails like interview anD medical request and in parents in law case their lawyer got all the mails like PPR . I think you applied through lawyer your lawyer should get all the mails on behalf you. Anyway we donot predict cic way of work. You donot get worry you will get PPR very soon.

I received remed request after 15 days of expiry. Hope you get yours soon, or even better than that, get DM directly.
Well, I, too have mixed feelings about this "In process" trend lately.
At the same time, I'm thinking this could be the real "In process" coz it has been 10 months now that we have applied for PR. But again, it could just be new trend of acknowledging our files.
Anyways, let's hope it's all good that is happening. We've waited long for good things to come.
