Hi all..

I submitted my application on june 3rd 2014. But couldnt add my upfront medical report form together with the application form and waited for an information from CIC. On july 29th we got sponsorship approval and file got transferred to NDVO. And they informed as to do upfront medical and to post it to NDVO. UCI number given in the letter was my husbands number and IME number was not included. When we took appointment in hospital to do medical they asked as for IME number. As it was not there they asked UCI number which was incorrect as it was my husband's number. They told me that they will upload the medical result in a newly generated number lik as we do in upfront medicals but if i receive my own UCI number, these two numbers wont match and it may create problem and as the medical test is valid for one year they wont do another medical test with the new UCI number for another one year.

Is there is any chance to get any UCI number and we didnt get any mail from NDVO. Will they give my UCI number when my application is received in NDVO office.

We r really confused. If we do an upfront medical test and forward it to NDVO and by dat time if they issue my UCI number, both these numbers wont match and may create problem.. What to do? Confused..

did you get any letter from NDVO after file transfer, which says

this is to inform you we have received your application for permanent residence.......

there usually they give the second uci....

ALSO THIS IS SENT FROM NEW DELHI... AND NOT FROM ANY CANADIAN OFFICE...

Great news guys . Looks like NVDO is processing files faster , but we also need to consider there are fewer applications in the month of November and December.

My application was dropped on March 04 2014 and they requested the additional documents.

I do see the following time line in my ECAS .

Application Received April 24 2014
Application Transfer - May 09 2014 .

Hope I will get IP in 2 months .

Out of curiosity, what additional documents did they request? Also, when you say March 2014 was that the date you submitted your application to CPC Sydney, or the date you got an approval letter and your file was transferred to New Delhi?

Anybody else from March 2014 or later who have got additional documents request? Kan_Sri ? Sbag_In?

What is the general CIC trend for additional documents? Does it happen within the first 3-4 months?
