How does NDVO send to member interview letter means via postal letters or email please explain how do you get letters

I seriously dont know wat the VO is doing ?? He seems to be working once in a quarter :-[

I am sure its not the workload, they are delaying files and increasing the processing time as per their policy....

Hey Guys,

I need a help very urgently and my case is I got remedicals request for my wife last friday and my wife stays with me in Canada. So for remedicals in Canada, I contacted the doctor in my area and the doctor didnt about this procedure of remedicals and they are telling that I have to do entire medical test again. I am fine with that too but in the mail NVO mentioned that the doctors have to send the medical results to India, but the doctor didnt know how they can send the results to India. Please let me know if anyone have done remedicals in Canada after getting request from NDVO. I am not sure where to go from here. Please help...
