NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hi guys. I'm new to this forum. Please excuse any errors. This is my first post here after a long and desperate wait for any status update on the CIC website. I applied in July 2014 and there hasn't been a single status update since. My medical expires by the end of June 2015. anybody with similar problems? Can anyone help, please? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, in anticipation.

There might be people in the same situation, it is not unheard of. When you say no status update, what exactly do you mean ? ... Did you receive an update that your application was received ? Has it transferred to New Delhi Visa Office ? What does ECAS status say ?

The mystery is what is so annoying. I wish the CIC would regularly update their website with change in status, etc. That's the least they can do to make the wait easy. Good luck all of you.

Hey there. By no change in status what I mean is, it has consistently been "application received on July 28, 2014. Medical results have been received." That's all. I did receive a couple of emails from the Delhi Immigration office. One email was asking for submission of the Police Clearance Certificate. The other was asking for photographic evidence of the engagement function and other pictures of wedding rituals and the reception. I've forwarded both, in less than a week of receiving each email, respectively. There is no update on the website or anywhere else stating the same. My medical expires on June 29, 2015. I'm not sure what u should do next.

I am july applicant with still application recieved, ( july 31st) my medicals expired on may 16th... no update so far, we got our gcsm notes last week, its says "security and criminality not started" other than that everything is done.

I had applied for TRV and got my pasaport with visa yesterday for 1 year

Looks like your file has been transferred to New Delhi Office. You have complied with their requests ... seems like your application is moving along. As for the medical expiring, some experienced members have recommended wait for a re-medical request, you can get it done when you receive the re-medical request. The re-medical request comes with a specific IME #, once you get the re-medical done against the provided IME # your results are directly uploaded/linked to your file, resulting in faster processing. Another option is to redo Medical without the request. In this case you update the VO with your medical # and they have to manually link it to your file. Due to the manual nature of this approach this might be slower (by months )

looking at your profile it seems like your remedical is also expired...is dat so? can ndvo ask for 3rd time medical?...what is wrong wid ndvo

1. Purpose of visit letter 1.Invitation
2.Bank statement 2.passport copy
3.Fixed deposit copy 3. PR copy
4.LIC policy paper 4. Notice of assessment and T4
5.Marriage Registration certificate 5.Bank statement
6. TRV Application 6.property document
7.Degree Certificate 7. Employer letter
