Carry all the documents and correspondence that proves that the pp of ur hubby is with the lazy NDVO and tell them that it's illegal to hold someone's pp for such a long time when they don't have any intention of clearing the file or making a decision soon. Show them how this is causing(holding his pp as ransom) financial strain or lost opportunities and impress on them that his pp be returned soon else tell them u will be forced to approach the press.

and got aor on 09apr2015(cic asking for medical, pcc and payment receipt if not submitted)
status showing -medical recevied

Hi,

I am July 31st applicant and my application is in process since May 16th 2015...

My medicals and PCC are expired but today I got an email only for re-medicals.
Do we get any separate email for PCC or generally CIC will ask both (Medicals and PCC) in one email.

Any help in this regard is much appreciated

If CIC has not requested your PCC again, I don't think its required.

Just an update, we were still in process, so we just applied for Visitor Visa few days ago, today we got an email that the passport is mailed back out to the application center, so hopefully that means it got approved?

Yes it is approved. Are you able to check the status online for visitor visa ? Did you apply online ?
Also you got IP in September? ???

I was told by a friend regarding this site so below are my details.

Family New Delhi
App Filed Nov. 7/13
AOR Received Dec. 4/13
File Transfer Jan. 20/14
Interview Jan. 14/15
Visa Issued In Process since Jan. 14/15
Passport, remedicals and re pcc sent Jan 29/15 as requested by VO after interview.

Just an FYI anyone who is asked for remedicals after interview or from visa office best to wait for the form that they send as it has a code that the embassy already registers in their system. So when you get your emedical done it automatically gets uploaded to them. This was also mentioned by another forum member my bad forget who it was now. If you don't wait for the form and go ahead with submitting a new medical then they give you a brand new code and it doesn't get automatically updated in embassy system. They have to manually enter this code so it delays the process. Which was our case I found out through MP that it took 90 days from the date that we sent it for them to view it because we didn't wait for the form.

Hey! Really! I hope so, yes we can check online thru the VFS tracking, my wife applied in person in India at the vfs office. I emailed her all the signed scanned documents.

Yes I am a April/14 applicant, got in process in Sept, then was asked to resubmit a PCC in Dec/Jan of this year, because she got one from the Indian Consulate for the country she lived in, but she needed one from the country itself not from the consulate. Then our medicals expired so she had to do that again in March end, since then no news for us... so we decided to apply for visitor visa.

Hopefully we will know by Friday when she gets her passport back!

Got my Notes today and they haven't even touched the file except updating the line that they have received the updated medical email and a courier for communication proof.

Also noticed one more line added under the comment ******queued in for interview*************

Don't know when it will happen . Guess my OMG moment still away

I don't see anything on MP inquiry. Does that mean MP never submitted an inquiry?

Who recomonded for interview? Mississauga Or NDVO? Is there any way to find that?

I guess you can leave it unchanged. If you get ppr during ur stay in Canada you can submit passport along with return envelope to ur Canadian address.

Thanks for all the details. Did u apply notes to see where it's stuck ? Seems unfair few are stuck really long after ip. I am losing patience now.
