hello frnds...

I got medical reassessemnt request today,, although my previous medical is going to expire on 5th June...
I have to submit the same withing next seven days.. my file is inprocess...

I am not able to figure out... whats gonna happen next?? how long I have to wait after reassessment??

Confused... confused...

any opinions....

I dont think you lose your spot or anything or it takes much longer from what I heard its quick they receive it and continue your file right away
but I may be wrong so maybe someone who experienced this can explain

Relax guys.....its good news....

The visa which will be given to u has an expiry date, and that expiry date is the date ur medical expires....They cant give u a visa with a validity till 5th June...its tooo short a period.....
So it means, everything else is done, and u will get a ppr as soon as u give ur medical again.....act fast ;D

The same has happened with another applicant....Actually dis situation wud happen as the processing time has increased and by the time dey r picking d files, medicals r expiring......
But, atleast its some positive action on d part of NDVO

soooo today was my interview. visa officer was very rude . but after 1hour and 10 minutes he ask for my passport .......nd he said ki pcc is expire we'll send u letter ...but my passport is submitted in ndvo after interview m soo happy nd ya omg omg omg omg moment for me

everything.......... major issue is dat why hubby not returned back to india atleast once after marriage why he is not present in interview ??

yaaaaa bht jada long c ........totally band bjaa diti c meri . . ..baar baar boli ha rea c dat i refuse ur application....... but end ch keha osne mere te husband de ans cross chek kite fer keha ki m ajtk kise da visa refuse n kita i approve ur visa md ask for passport

1 hour is hell lot of time. Was he mostly stuck on second visit?Do they need the sponsor person to also be present for interview?

Guys yes yes yes we all areupset NDVO is slow - yes we have been away from our spouses and we feel like crying-
BUT!
give them some credit!

the processing times just got updated,

and NDVO is one of the only offices in the world whose processing time has not gone up!!!!!!!
Look at other offices--- 24 - 40 months
god! shows even if NDVO is greatand the best its better than 80 %of the other offices.

yes easy to crib, I crib everyday, but we need to stop and count your lucky stars a little bit even if we cant see them.
Hope everybody gets what I am saying.
